Purpose

The M.I.N.D. Your Business with H.E.A.R.T.® Organizational Business Capacity Assessment is designed to identify organizational strengths, challenges, opportunities, and areas for strategic growth before and after participation in a CTC training, Mastermind, coaching, consulting, or organizational development engagement.

Results support strategic planning, individualized coaching, technical assistance, organizational development, and measurement of program outcomes. Rate each statement from 1 (not in place) to 5 (fully in place).
